What I Know for Sure

The body is wise.

We can trust ourselves, especially if we tune in, and listen to our bodies.

Being present is the key to understanding our body wisdom.

The best way to find out what our body is trying to tell us is to pay attention to feelings and bodily sensations.

Emotions are simply energy in motion, let them flow.

We are our own best expert-we don’t need an outside expert to know what’s best for us.

Being open-minded and curious are crucial to connecting with ourself and others, and will turn judgement into compassion.

Unpacking the outer layers of conditioning will help us understand our deeper, true self.

There are no mistakes, only opportunities for growth-everything that happens is here to teach us something important.
